Step 5: Be creative!
Congratulations - You should now have a fully-functional touch screen jukebox, perfect for parties and everyday use! But why stop there?
Building or creating a custom enclosure for your "jukebox" can give it a high-tech, futuristic look that is sure to start up conversation when you have guests over! The "look" or placement of your jukebox is only limited by your creativity and imagination. Examples include enclosure in walls, bar cabinets, entertainment units, old aracde machines, old jukeboxes, and custom all-in-one units. See our jukebox project forum thread for example jukebox projects!
Of course, the placement of your jukebox depends on how much you use the computer for other non-music-related activities. If it's a second computer that doesn't get much use, why not set it up as a permanent jukebox in the living room or "party" room?
Also, please remember that your monitor needs a lot of air flow to stay cool, so if you wish to enclose your monitor completely, plan on installing a good cooling fan system. Doing otherwise can cause major damage and/or complete monitor failure. We recommend letting the back of your monitor completely open to "breath."
